When you request a reservation, Laylays Café receives the information you provide—your name, email address, optional phone number, order, date, and time—to prepare and administer your reservation.
Payments
Payments are completed on a SumUp-hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store your card number. SumUp processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We retain the checkout identifier, payment status, and transaction identifier needed to verify payment.
How information is used
Reservation information is used to process your booking, verify payment, provide service, prevent duplicate submissions, and resolve booking or payment queries. It is not sold.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for service, record-keeping, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to required business records. Please speak with the Laylays team using the contact details provided at the current service location.
