Confirmation
Submitting the form does not confirm a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when SumUp reports the checkout as paid and this website displays a verified confirmation.
Pricing and availability
The authoritative price is calculated from the current menu when checkout is created. Dates, times, drinks, and additions remain subject to availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, Laylays will offer a suitable alternative or refund.
Payment
Payment is processed by SumUp on its hosted checkout. If the return page says verification is pending, check again before starting another payment to avoid duplicate attempts.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Please contact the Laylays team as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a reservation. Refund eligibility depends on preparation status, timing, and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Allergens
Please tell the Laylays team about allergies before ordering. Products may be prepared where dairy, nuts, gluten, and other allergens are handled; ingredient and cross-contact information should be checked for your specific drink.
